AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8 After staying in Western Samoa Ulli, DL2AH, will operate as KH8/DL2AH in SSB/RTTY/PSK on 40-10m from July 16-23.

BELIZE, V3 Wayne, N5WD (V31WD), and Pamela, KB5UAE (V31UA), are planning a trip to Placencia from July 15-21. They will work in PSK31/SSB/CW on 6-80m. QSLs via N5WD.

CANADA, VE, IOTA-new Mike, K9AJ/VY0, and Jim, K9PPY/VY0, will be active on the usual IOTA QRGs from Somerset Island in the Nunavit Group (no IOTA reference yet) from July 13-20. QSL via homecalls. --- Jacques, VE2AZX, and Rosaire, VE2GHZ, are activating the islands Sept-Iles, Havre Saint-Pierre and Natashquan in zone 2 from Jul 8-15. They will work Mainly in SSB as VE2GHZ/2 on 7095/7225, 14195 and 21295 kHz (up) between 2300 and 0200 UTC. QSL via bureau.

CORSICA, TK Fred, TK/F5OZK, is active on 40-10m (also WARC) from July 5-25. QSL via bureau.

CROATIA, 9A Eugene, 9A/RZ3EC, Sergey, 9A/UA3NAN, and Emir, 9A6AA (9A0CI), will visit several islands and lighthouses from July 12-19: Karantunic (IOCA CI-421), Kosara (EU-170,CI-043),Babac (EU-170,CI-005), Mrtovnjak (EU-170,CI-195), Ravan (CI-422) and Blitvenica (CI-156). DODECANESE, SV5, EU-001 Jun, SV5/OE1ZKC, is QRV from Kos Island from July 16-23. QSL via OE1ZKC.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO Barry, ZS1FJ/G4MFW/ZL1MFW, Phil, G3SWH, and Deon, ZS1ZL, are visiting Tubuai Island (Austral Islands, OC-152) from Jul 11-14. Their next stop will be Mangareva Island (OC-063, Gambier Islands) from July 15-22. FO/G4MFW (QSL via ZS1FJ) will work in SSB (28495, 24945, 21295, 18145, 14195, 7095, 3795 kHz) and RTTY (28075, 24922, 21085, 18102,14075 kHz), FO/G3SWH (QSL via G3SWH) in CW (28025, 24895, 21025, 18075, 14025, 10105, 7005, 3505, 1830 kHz). They are working split all the time! The route of their trip will be published in the next DXNL.

HONG KONG, VR2 VR2HK will be the HQ station during the IARU Contest on July 12/13.

JAPAN, JA, AS-032 JJ8DEN/6 is QRV in CW/RTTY from Yakushima Isl. (AS-032) from Jul 12-14. QSL via JJ8DEN, bureau ok.

MADEIRA, CT3, AF-014 CQ3J will activate Porto Santo Island (Portuguese Islands Award MA-002) from July 16-24.

NOVAYA ZEMLYA ISLAND, R1, EU-035 Vlad, UA1RG, and friends are signing R1PQ from July 15-25. They plan to show up in CW on 7010, 14020, 21020 and 28040 kHz and in SSB on 7070, 14260, 21260 and 28300 kHz. RTTY and PSK operation is planned as well.

PORTUGAL, CT Jose, CT1EHX, will sign CT8EHX from the International Bike Meeting in Faro from July 11-13. QSL via CT1EHX.

SCOTLAND, GM, EU-010 GM3PPG/p will stay on South Uist (EU-010) between Jul 13 and Aug 8. Operation is planned in SSB on 160-10m and during the IOTA Contest. QSL via GM3PPG.

USA, W Jim, W5AZN, and Patty, W5AZO, will activate a few lighthouses in Lake Superior from Jul 16-30. N8L will be QRV Mainly in SSB on 20m. QSL via W5AZN, unfortunately ONLY direct.
